• Device and Diagnostic Data: We automatically gather technical details about your mobile device, including unique device identifiers, operating system version, app build version, performance logs, and crash reports.

1.3 Financial and Payment Information Disclosures

• Free Trial Data Handling: We do not collect, request, or store credit card, debit card, or financial billing information when you activate or participate in a Free Trial for 9 to Zen or Ascend Level features.
• In-App Purchase Transactions: Financial payment processing for purchases initiated via "Prompt to Buy" overlays is handled exclusively by third-party app marketplaces (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Alchemical Solutions never receives or stores your full payment card details on its servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Service Delivery: Providing, maintaining, and restoring access to 9 to Zen features, including base tiers and Ascend Level capabilities.
• Trial Management: Tracking the start, duration, and expiration of Free Trials without collecting financial credentials upfront.
• Account State Preservation: Retaining your game progress and Ascend Level settings following trial expiration so you can resume seamlessly if you opt to purchase later.
• App Improvement & Bug Fixing: Analyzing crash logs and performance analytics to improve puzzle mechanics and stability.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only under the following limited circumstances:

• Platform Partners & Analytics: We may utilize trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud backend services, analytics providers, and store distribution platforms) solely to support app infrastructure and performance analytics.

• Expired Free Trials: If your Free Trial expires without converting to a paid purchase, we retain your non-essential trial progress and Ascend Level metrics for ninety (90) days. This allows your progress to be restored if you choose to purchase access at a later date. Following this retention period, inactive trial data may be archived, anonymized, or deleted.
